Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The eight warriors with thureos shields come from the southern Illyrian kingdoms, whose men had served as mercenaries in Greek and Macedonian armies. For Hail Caesar you find their stats in the army list book Biblical to Early Medieval and in the Southern Illyrian Kingdoms list of The Pyrrhic Wars supplement. Their opponents include the Romans, who waged war on the Illyrians from the 3rd century BC. As battle-hardened infantry they take their place in your battle line.
