Hintergrund & Einordnung

In the '47 conflict universe, the Imperial Japanese have harnessed Rift energy to develop a new type of warfare: Ghost Infantry that phase through solid matter to reposition themselves unseen, combined with Assault Frame units in heavy power armour. The Type 7 Sasori Light Walker and the upgraded Chi-Ha with a Shiboru Cannon give the army its armoured punch. This starter army reflects Japanese doctrine: lightning-fast close-quarters attacks from concealment, driven by fanatical determination.

Einsatz im Spiel

This Empire of Japan starter army offers a complete introduction to playing the Imperial Japanese forces in Konflikt '47. With a Platoon Commander, Assault-Frame Armoured Infantry, Ghost Attack Infantry, Sasori Light Walker, and Chi-Ha Medium Tank, a ready-to-play 1000-point list is possible. Tactically, the list is suitable for aggressive advances: Ghost Attack Infantry provides anti-personnel fire from medium range, while the Walker and Tank deliver strong anti-tank responses. Includes 5 Order Dice and 5 Rift Dice in white.
