Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

This command frame adds ten bodies with command parts such as standards and a carnyx to your plastic Celtic warriors in Hail Caesar. Heads are not included; you take them from the regular warrior frame, which has spares anyway. That lets you put leaders, standards and horn blowers at the head of each war band, whose noise was part of the charge's effect. Historically the animal-headed carnyx could be heard across the whole battlefield.
