    Product details

    Background & context

In Konflikt '47 British automaton research overtakes its own production. Barely a year after the Mk I first saw front-line service in Belgium, complete platoons are in the field without a single human, and they need a leader who can pass on orders over greater distances. The Director is that answer. What it can do was fed into it by British engineers before the battle; it cannot improvise. In return it stays cold where human officers succumb to the horror of the Rifts, and it costs nobody their life.

    On the tabletop

The Mk IIC Automated Director leads your British automated platoons in Konflikt '47 without any human officer. With improved computing and a stronger radio set, it passes orders to your automatons over a greater distance. It has no ideas of its own, but it remains unmoved by the horror of the Rifts that can shake human officers. The plastic model on the Mk II chassis comes with a base and assembly guide.
