Hintergrund & Einordnung

Im britischen Programm übernimmt die Automated Infantry die Aufgabe, die anderswo der schweren Infanterie zufällt: Feuerunterstützung auf kurze Distanz, billig und ersetzbar. Für die menschlichen Panzeranzüge blieb damit nur die anspruchsvollere Rolle übrig, und genau darauf ist der Galahad ausgelegt. Die Stückzahlen bleiben klein, weil jeder Anzug aufwendig ist und sein Träger ausgebildet werden muss. Wo er bisher auftauchte, hat er die Sache entschieden - ein Ruf, der der britischen Schlachtordnung gelegen kommt.

Einsatz im Spiel

The British Armoured Infantry Section is the alternative 5-model Heavy variant in Galahad Power Armour. In the game, it acts as a compact Heavy squad - smaller than Guards Mk II, but more flexible. Special Rules like Tough/Slow apply similarly. Ideal for players who want additional Galahad squads in their list without buying the full 8-model box, or as a complement to a Mk II Heavy unit.
