Product details

Background & context

Black Powder Epic Battles: Revolution! covers the American War of Independence, in which British, Hessian, and American forces clashed in linear horse-and-musket-era battles. Musket volleys, artillery, and bayonet charges led to heavy casualties and increasing disorder in formations. The markers represent these accumulated losses as a visible game state. They are historically focused on the late 18th century and the struggle for American independence.

On the tabletop

In the War of Independence two lines fired volley after volley at short range until one side lost its order. These 18 Warlord Resin casualty markers show in the Revolution range for Black Powder how far a battalion has already fallen apart. Paint them as British, Hessian or American troops and place them by the formation without removing any figures.
