Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

Without armour these four Romano-British riders are faster and react more quickly than their armoured comrades. In Hail Caesar you use them as light cavalry and skirmishers that threaten flanks, cover the edges of the battle and keep the enemy on the move. Avoid long melees with them, as without armour they cannot last there. Armour had become expensive and rare in this period, and many riders fought with just shield and spear.
