Description

This limber model adds to the American Civil War artillery in Epic Battles scale, bringing more movement and authenticity to the tabletop. The limber hitches up to the plastic cannons from Union and Confederate brigades, as well as starter boxes, and represents a battery's ammunition and horse-drawn transport.

What's included

Material: Metal

Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

This metal limber with its team and drivers supplements the plastic guns from the Union and Confederate brigade boxes in 13.5 mm American Civil War games. In the Civil War every gun of a battery was drawn by such a limber, which also carried ammunition. Place it behind the cannon to show a battery in action, or in front of a gun that is just changing position. With several limbers your army's artillery is instantly recognisable as such.
