Product details

Background & context

Nothing dates a gaming table as quickly as its infrastructure. Wooden poles with crossarms and bare wires stand for the early 20th century, while concrete lamp posts and traffic signs push the scene into the post-war period. The design gives away the region too: the Russian pole looks different from the western European one. On the table these pieces take up hardly any room and block no lines of sight, but they lead the eye along the course of the street and turn an area into a place.

On the tabletop

Eight street lamps, eight utility poles, 32 road signs and 20 wall lamps equip the streets of your table. Build the poles in Russian or European style depending on whether the fight takes place in the east or in Western Europe. Glue the wall lamps to house fronts and set the signs at crossroads and town entrances. Being slender, the pieces take up hardly any space and can be spread between buildings.
