    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The Viet Cong were irregular guerrilla fighters who operated against American and South Vietnamese forces during the Vietnam War. These units were characterized by broad civilian participation - men and women fought side by side. Lightly armed with weapons like the RPG-7 and possessing a deep knowledge of the jungle terrain, they relied on ambushes, skirmishes, and night operations rather than open field battles.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    With 32 figures, a complete Viet Cong force for Bolt Action Vietnam can be assembled. The included command group allows for the creation of a full platoon, while the various weapon and equipment options enable flexible compositions. The RPG-7 provides even light infantry with a threat against vehicles, and the multi-pose design ensures varied unit appearance on the tabletop.
