    This Rubicon plastic kit builds a Soviet T-54-2, T-54-3, T-54A, or T-54B in 28mm scale. Included are 219 parts on four sprues with T-54B variants, open or closed hatches, DShK MG, and Soviet crew.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The T-54 was a Soviet post-war main battle tank, with its first production versions appearing from the late 1940s onwards. The T-54-2 went into production in 1949, followed by the T-54-3 in 1951 with a new turret and a TDA smoke generator. The T-54A and T-54B introduced stabilizers, night vision and infrared equipment, respectively, as well as other modernizations. The T-54/55 family became one of the most widely produced tank series and remained in service with many armies.
