This Rubicon plastic kit builds a Centurion Mk 3 or Mk 5, an early post-war British main battle tank. It contains 109 parts on four sprues, optional side skirts, open or closed hatches, and a tank commander.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

Developed from 1943, the Centurion entered production in January 1945. Six prototypes reached Belgium shortly after the end of the war in Europe, but the tank first saw combat in the Korean War. The Centurion Mk 3 featured the 20-pdr gun, while the Mk 5 received, among other things, modified machine gun mounts and turret details. The design remained in production into the 1960s and was used worldwide in numerous post-war conflicts.
