The Steel Troopers are the most heavily armed infantry of the Axis forces in the '47 setting - armoured like early tanks, armed with the StG 44Z, MG 42, and the handheld Panzerbüchse 41. The nine-part plastic set offers extensive options for head variants, leg poses, and close combat weapons, and serves as an impressive centrepiece for any Axis army.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

Steel Troopers embody the extreme of what Rift-tech can do for infantry: thanks to advanced metallurgy and servo motors, their armored suits provide protection equivalent to early tanks - while still allowing full freedom of movement. Only the most experienced veteran soldiers of the Axis forces are selected for these units. In the Konflikt '47 setting, they are considered the toughest and most fearsome infantry available to the Axis - the epitome of Rift-powered warfare.

Einsatz im Spiel

Steel Troops are the standard heavy infantry of the German K47 forces. In the game, they form a 9-man squad with power armour and a choice of StG 44Z assault rifles, MG 42 LMG and Panzerbüchse 41. They act as the core of the Axis forces: tough, well-armed and capable of both anti-personnel and anti-tank duties. Variant parts (heads, leg poses, tri-edged daggers) also make the sprues attractive for conversions.
