Product details

Background & context

In 1337 the King of England declared war on the King of France and so began the Hundred Years' War. Battles were fought at Crécy, Poitiers, Agincourt, Patay, Formigny and Castillon among others, and the Scots, Bretons, Flemish, Castilians and Burgundians took part as well. The war ended in 1453 with the loss of almost all English possessions on the continent, after which England slid into civil war.

On the tabletop

You choose one of 14 factions, from the English and French through Free Companies, Condottieri and Germans to the Houses of Lancaster and York, and play it with its own Battle Board for the SAGA dice. Mercenaries strengthen your warband and well-known figures of the period lead it. This lets you refight clashes from the Hundred Years' War, the Burgundian Wars or the Wars of the Roses, played with the SAGA rulebook.
