Product details

Background & context

Rome's Dacian Wars deals with Emperor Trajan's campaigns against the Dacian kingdom under Decebalus. The official description mentions important reference points such as Adamclisi, Tapae, and Sarmizegetusa. The conflict is among the great expansionary wars of the Roman Empire in the early 2nd century AD. The supplement expands Hail Caesar with Dacians, Roman legions, sieges, and campaign elements.

On the tabletop

Rome's Dacian Wars covers Trajan's wars against the Dacians under King Decebalus and their Sarmatian allies for Hail Caesar. Scenarios include Adamclisi, Tapae and the siege of Sarmizegetusa Regia. On top come rules for small engagements, sieges and warships, plus ideas for campaigns and building your armies. You lead legions or tribal warriors with heavily armoured Sarmatian lancers into battle.
