Background & context

Lend-Lease hielt das Commonwealth im Krieg, machte es aber auch abhängig - beim Läuferbau fiel das besonders auf, weil die ersten britischen Maschinen amerikanische Muster waren. In Konflikt '47 wachsen die Spannungen zwischen London und Washington genau daran, und die Antwort der britischen Konstrukteure ist eine eigene Linie mittlerer Läufer. Der Percival gehört dazu, ausgelegt auf automatisierte Assistenz und die neue Generation der Tesla-Kanone statt auf konventionelle Rohre. Er ist damit weniger ein Kampfwertträger als ein politisches Statement in Stahl.

Der mittlere Sturmläufer geht mit der Angriffswelle mit: Stellungen freiräumen und dabei jedem Fahrzeug die Tesla-Kanone zeigen.
