How does it work?

You can return items within 30 days of receipt, including sale items and pre-orders.
You pay for the return shipping. Please do not send the parcel unpaid.
On request I will send you a DHL label; the postage is deducted from the refund.
Unopened goods are refunded in full. For opened or assembled goods I will tell you the deduction in advance.
You will receive the money back via the payment method you used.

As long as your parcel is not on its way, almost everything can be changed.
You can cancel as long as your order has not been shipped. The refund goes back via your payment method.
If your parcel is already on its way, the change is handled as a return.
