    Background & context

In the Konflikt '47 universe a Rift tears open over Dresden and pours out an energy that brings the dead back to their feet. Albrecht von Zögling has turned that accident into a process: a serum that makes the freshly fallen into mindless fighters who know neither pain nor fear. For the Axis powers the Totenkorps are therefore above all a terror weapon, slow and dull but almost impossible to stop. Where the corpses come from makes no difference, and beneath the uniforms are the fallen of both sides.

    On the tabletop

In Konflikt '47 the Totenkorps are the undead assault infantry of the Axis. Neither pain nor fear stops them; they walk straight at the enemy and tie it down in close combat. Fallen Totenkorps can rise again during the game, so your opponent has to put them down more than once. The 30 figures are enough for several large units. They draw fire while Stahltruppen, Schwertruppen or Albrecht von Zögling as the Harvester advance behind them.
