Product details

Background & context

The German gravity weapon hits all the harder the more mass the target has. That is why the Axis powers installed their Projektor turrets above all where the Soviet Union sent its heavy walkers and tanks into the field: along the Eastern Front. A turret in a concrete emplacement needs no tractor and no generator on wheels, but it stays where it stands. For players that means: whoever holds the emplacement controls the sector, and whoever attacks it had better send infantry rather than steel.

On the tabletop

This turret emplacement with a Schwerefeld projector is a fixed Axis defence in Konflikt '47. Since the gravity weapon grows stronger the heavier the target, place it where the enemy fields walkers and tanks, for instance in Eastern Front scenarios. For the attacker it becomes an objective to storm, or a zone heavy vehicles would rather avoid. The model is resin.
