Product details

Background & context

Konflikt '47 starts at the point where the Second World War was actually over: in 1945 a Soviet weapons test tears a rift in the world, out of which come technology and worse, and the war runs on. Germany draws walkers, combat suits and creatures of the night from it. The Falcon armour is the airmobile answer to that: more thinly armoured than the heavy assault suits, but fast enough for its wearers simply to leap over terrain obstacles.

On the tabletop

Falcon armour is lighter and more agile than the heavy armoured suits, and in it the Axis Fallschirmjäger fight again in 1947. In Konflikt '47 the eight metal figures are fast, resilient assault troops that keep pace with most vehicles and are barely slowed by terrain. You send them early onto objectives or into the enemy's rear, where their assault rifles take out back-line units.
