The paratroopers were famous for their audacity from the very beginning of World War II. Although decimated in countless battles, their spirit lives on in 1947 - re-equipped with modern Falcon armour, which is significantly more agile than its predecessor and better suited to the needs of airborne operations. Fast and resilient, they are ideal objective grabbers and shock troops.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

In the '47 conflict universe, paratroopers return to the battlefield in 1947 with modern Falcon armor. The Falcon armor is significantly more agile than its predecessors, specifically tailored for air assaults, and although more expensive to produce, it is exceptionally popular with the troops. With the special rules Flight and Resilient, they are ideal for quickly reaching terrain objectives or as shock troops who can swiftly eliminate stubborn rear-echelon units with their assault rifles. They are faster than most vehicles and ignore terrain obstacles.

Einsatz im Spiel

The Fallschirmjäger Falcon Infantry is the German Airborne variant equipped with Falcon Power Armor. With 8 models + assault rifles, they operate as a fast-moving assault squad in Axis Airborne lists. In the game, they combine Fallschirmjäger special rules (Veteran, Tough Fighters) with the advantages of Falcon Power Armor. Tactics: Deep penetration into enemy rear areas, elimination of key positions, then holding action until the main force links up.
