Background & context

On the tabletop

The Black Powder II hardback core rulebook brings the great battles of the 18th and 19th centuries to the table with your model soldiers. It covers orders, movement, musket and artillery fire and morale, and many additional rules let you tailor games to your taste. Twelve complete battles run from Elixheim in 1705 via Bunker Hill, Quatre Bras and Antietam to iNyezane in 1879. Typical of the game are the command rolls that can leave a brigade standing still.
