Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

This hardcover rulebook is the basis for The Barons' War, second edition, a rule set for clashes between retinues in 13th century England. It contains the complete rules, the list for feudal Western European retinues, a quick reference sheet and a glossary. To play you also need ten-sided and six-sided dice, a tape measure in inches, figures and terrain. That lets you defend a castle, lead a raid or refight historical engagements.
