Hintergrund & Einordnung

Woodland Indians played an important role in border conflicts and colonial wars in North America in the 18th and early 19th centuries. Many warriors fought as allies of European powers, local militias, or their own tribal communities. Their warfare was heavily influenced by terrain, scouting, ambushes, and swift raids.

Woodland Indians are used in Black Powder and Sharp Practice as mobile tribal warriors and skirmishers. In terms of gameplay, they benefit from terrain, ambushes, and short fire fights rather than rigid line formations.
