Hintergrund & Einordnung

In the '47-verse, Ursus infantry arose from the marriage of stolen Axis research and Soviet Proletarian Hemotype Serum, its efficacy greatly enhanced by Rift energy. The result is a fusion of man and Siberian Brown Bear: monstrous soldiers symbolizing the Soviet Union's confident appropriation of Rift technology. Deployed in small squads, they engage in brutal close-quarters combat, tearing through enemy lines and leaving carnage in their wake. Even high-tier Rift-enhanced units reach their physical and psychological limits when encountering an Ursus unit. Originally conceived as a response to the Axis Schreckwulfen, the Ursus significantly surpass them in raw brutality and size.

Einsatz im Spiel

The Ursus Infantry Squad with Claws is the 6-model plastic box of bear-like shock troopers in Konflikt '47. Armed with claws, the Ursus act as a fast close-combat unit with brutal close-quarters strength. Special Rules: Tough, Fast, Bear-Form. In-game, they are used as an assault squad that advances quickly and destroys enemy positions in close combat - ideal as a frontline core in a bear-centric Soviet list.
