Product details

Background & context

Japanese tanks such as the Type 97 Chi-Ha were created for operations in China and in the jungle, not for duels with Shermans. They remained lightly armoured and weakly armed and served mainly as infantry support. On the table that means a Japanese vehicle cannot take much, and every additional pin noticeably shifts what it can still do at all in the next turn.

On the tabletop

Japanese tanks such as the Type 97 Chi-Ha were lightly armoured and built mainly to support the infantry, so in Bolt Action every pin weighs heavily on them. These two MDF markers with the emblem of the Imperial Japanese Army keep the pin count from 0 to 11, order die and damage markers together. Place one beside each tracked vehicle in your Japanese army.
