Product details

Background & context

British armoured formations fought in practically every theatre, from the retreat of 1940 through the desert to Normandy, mostly with vehicles that were outclassed individually and still decisive in mass. Bolt Action represents the pressure on such crews through pins: a tank is seldom knocked out by a single hit, but it becomes nervous, slow and eventually unable to act. A marker right beside the model makes this creeping condition visible.

On the tabletop

British armoured units fought from the retreat of 1940 through the desert to Normandy, and in Bolt Action even a tank under fire grows more sluggish with every pin. These two MDF markers with a British design keep that state right beside the vehicle. Each has room for the pin count up to 11, the order die and the damage markers.
