Product details

Background & context

The Imperial Japanese Army fought from China through Burma to the islands of the Pacific, relying heavily on infantry that defended tenaciously. Its formations were more lightly equipped than their Western opponents and made up for it with terrain, camouflage and a readiness for close combat. In Bolt Action this shows in lists full of small, aggressive squads, and those are exactly what you have to keep track of individually once pins start to stack up.

On the tabletop

Japanese armies in Bolt Action often consist of many small, aggressive squads, and you need to keep track of each of them. The four MDF markers with the engraved emblem of the Imperial Japanese Army show every squad's pins from 0 to 11 and hold its order die. You keep the overview in China, in Burma or on a Pacific island alike.
