Product details

Background & context

AK Interactive's RC Markers range brings the felt-tip principle to the modelling hobby: quick, clean and with no airbrush at all. This set brings together Allied cockpit interior colours and is aimed particularly at beginners and at experienced modellers who want to lay in individual details quickly. For whole models the markers are no substitute for classic brush or airbrush painting, but as a tool for details and basecoats they make life a good deal easier.

On the tabletop

For the cockpits of American and British Second World War aircraft, this set holds the three most common interior colours. Interior Green FS 34151 and Interior Yellow Green belong in US aircraft, Cockpit Grey-Green in RAF machines. Use them on the cockpit floor, side walls and seat before closing the fuselage halves. The tip also gets into the tight areas around the control column.
