Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

For secret flights to France the RAF converted some of its Lysanders: armament removed, an extra fuel tank under the fuselage, a ladder on the left side and room for up to three passengers under a rearward-sliding canopy. This is exactly the version you build from 197 parts in 1:48, with three paint schemes in the box. In a diorama you can set the aircraft down on a meadow at night, adding figures for agents and helpers from the Resistance.
