Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The six PT boats, three Elco and three Higgins, form an American flotilla for Cruel Seas at 1:300 scale. PT boats fought on every sea, from the Pacific via the Adriatic and the Mediterranean to the Channel, and in the last years of the war mainly hunted Japanese barges and floatplanes. Use them together, as their strength is the speed that made them hard targets even for bombers. The longer Elco and the shorter Higgins boats served side by side.
