    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

Before the USA entered the war, American volunteers flew with the RAF's Eagle squadrons, and both marking options come from that setting. You choose between Don Gentile's Buckeye Don and the aircraft of squadron commander Eric Hugh Thomas at Biggin Hill in April 1942. The Mk.Vb carried two 20 mm cannon and four machine guns in its wings. In 1:48 the 143 parts make a model with a 234 mm wingspan for a display cabinet or shelf.
