Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The Spitfire Mk.Vc and Bf 109 F-4 faced each other directly in 1941 and 1942 over the Channel, over Malta and in North Africa. This set lets you build both in 1:72 from 26 and 30 parts, rated skill level 1 and therefore manageable as a first kit. Polystyrene cement, acrylic paints and brushes are included, and the decal sheet covers both aircraft. Displayed as a pair, the models show the phase of the air war before the Fw 190 overtook the Spitfire Mk.V.
