    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

This Spanish galleon in 1:200 scale has 203 parts, with acrylic paints, brush and glue in the box. The galleon established itself as a ship type in the 16th century, slimmer than the carrack and with gun ports in the hull side. Spain sailed its convoys across the Atlantic in such ships. The small scale keeps the build manageable, so the set works well as your first sailing ship on the shelf.
