Product details

Background & context

The Playmarker range from AK Interactive offers acrylic brush markers specifically designed for tabletop and wargaming: twist open, press the button, paint - no brush cleaning required. This set bundles a basic assortment of skin tones and is aimed at players who want to paint their army quickly and without extensive preparation. For the finest highlights and large areas, traditional brush or airbrush work remains superior, but as a quick basic and detail tool on the board, the Playmakers are excellent.

On the tabletop

This set lets you paint faces, hands and arms in six different skin tones. Light Skin, Pink Skin, Dark Skin and Black Skin cover human figures of different origins, Zombie Skin gives pallid flesh, and Animal Green is for green-skinned creatures. You can layer several tones to pick out cheeks or knuckles. A white primer underneath shows the colours off best.
