Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The Bf 109 served the German fighter arm from the Spanish Civil War until 1945 and was built in greater numbers than any other fighter. As a push-fit model it comes together from pre-coloured bricks that you assemble without glue, paint or tools. The Balkenkreuz insignia are added as stickers. On the stand supplied, the finished model stands 114 mm tall on the shelf, perhaps facing a Spitfire from the same range.
