The Pz IV-X Turret gives Axis players the option to field the grav-manipulation weapon of the Heavy Field Projector on a regular Panzer IV. As a standalone turret, it fits onto the Warlord plastic Panzer IV kit - so the purchaser will need a Panzer IV separately. This allows an existing tank to be converted into a Pz IV-X.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

In the Konflikt '447 universe, the Axis' gravity manipulation weapons allow them to alter local gravity, crushing targets under their own weight or creating rapid gravitational shifts. This can cause mechanical components to burst, and aftershocks are capable of disabling vehicle systems for extended periods. Since the effectiveness of the energy field increases with the target's mass, these weapons are particularly effective against heavy targets - which has led to more Grav-Field Projectors being deployed on the Eastern Front to counter the heavy Soviet walkers and tanks. The Pz IV-X is the adaptation of this technology onto the proven Panzer IV platform - a cost-effective way to integrate more Grav-Field Cannons into the troop contingent.

Einsatz im Spiel

The Pz IV-X Turret with Grav-Field Projector is a conversion kit that allows an existing plastic Panzerkampfwagen IV to be converted into a K47-Pz IV-X. In the game, the Pz IV-X complements the German grav-field line as a mobile anti-walker platform. The turret alone does not provide a playable unit - the buyer will need a separate Panzer IV body. Ideal as an inexpensive expansion for players who already own a Panzer IV.
