Soot does not settle evenly; it settles in streaks behind the exhaust and muzzle brake. That is exactly what this ultra-fine black is for: dusted on dry, it stays controllable until the fixer holds it.

What's included

• 1 jar of pigment powder Black AK039, 35 ml (loose pigment)

Barcode: 8436535570398

Product details

On the tabletop

Use AK's ultrafine black pigment for soot on exhausts, muzzle brakes and burnt areas. Applied dry with a soft brush, you can control the soot trails finely and remove them again if needed. Once everything is in place, fix the pigment with Pigment Fixer or white spirit. Mixed with other AK pigments, it darkens earth or rust shades.
