    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

You build the P-40E from 43 parts in 1:72. The decals take you to the Pacific: two Royal Australian Air Force aircraft from Port Moresby in New Guinea and from Darwin, plus an American P-40 from the Aleutians in June 1942. Because the fighter struggled at high altitude, the model shows it where it fought low over jungle and coast. As a display model it adds to your collection of Allied fighters, and in a diorama it fits onto a forward airstrip.
