Product details

Background & context

Monmouth caps waren keine Uniform, sondern Massenware.

On the tabletop

Fit these four metal Monmouth caps to musketeers or pikemen for Pike & Shotte when your unit should wear a mix of headgear. The knitted cap was made by the thousand in Bewdley and Kidderminster for civilians and soldiers alike and was also worn under the helmet. Any regiment could wear it, and the colour was often set by the colonel or the local supplier, so you have a free hand when painting.
