Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The two decal options show HMS Suffolk at two points in her career: on the China Station before the war and in May 1941 during the pursuit of the Bismarck. At that time the County class heavy cruiser used her radar to keep contact with the German battleship in the Denmark Strait. The 1:600 kit has 128 parts and belongs to the Airfix ships around the Bismarck chase, letting you assemble a whole pursuit group in your cabinet. The model is about 32 centimetres long.
