Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

The gift set contains the 250-part cruiser HMS Belfast together with acrylic paints, polystyrene cement and a brush, so you can start right away. In 1:600 you build the Town class ship in her Second World War scheme, when she fought off the North Cape in 1943 and supported the Normandy landings in 1944. At skill level 3 this is not a quick build. The real ship is now a museum on the Thames, and photos of her help with the details.
