The Locust Panzermech is the Axis answer to the growing threat of Allied bipedal walkers. Inspired by the captured US Mudskipper, the Pz.Kpfg. VII uses a unique variant of Axis gravitics technology that gives it jump capability - combined with a bipedal frame and flexible armament, this makes it a formidable support vehicle for Falke and Nachtjäger squads.

Hintergrund & Einordnung

As the Allies began deploying their own bipedal walkers and inflicting heavy damage on Axis walkers in close-quarters combat, the Axis was forced to rethink their walker design philosophy. The Heuschrecke - Pz.Kpfg. VII - emerged as the most promising prototype, heavily influenced by captured US Mudskippers. Its unique Axis gravitic technology allows it to jump like its namesake, which, combined with the bipedal frame, opens up a completely new tactical dimension. It is considered the preferred support vehicle for specialized Axis units such as Falcon and Night Hunter squads.

Einsatz im Spiel

Locust Medium P Panzer Mech is a Konflikt '47 Axis walker with a clear anti-tank or tank hunter role. On the tabletop, it threatens enemy tanks, heavy walkers and other hard targets, while still using the mobility of a walker.
