Product details

Background & context

The Playmarker series from AK Interactive introduces acrylic brush markers specifically for tabletop and wargaming: twist, press the button, paint - no brush cleaning needed. This set bundles colors for human figures and is aimed at players who want to paint their army quickly and without extensive preparation. While traditional brushwork or airbrushing remains superior for the finest highlights and large areas, Playmakers are a strong tool for quick base and detail work on the table.

On the tabletop

These six Playmarkers cover the colours you need most often on human figures. Use Dark Skin for faces and hands, Desert Ochre, Yellow, Red and Light Orange for clothing and equipment, and Silver for blades and fittings. Ideally prime the figures white first. The colours can be combined with other Playmarkers and bottled paints.
