Product details

Background & context

The German Fallschirmjäger were formed at the end of the 1930s as an airborne force and in 1941, on Crete, saw their largest and at the same time costliest operation. After that the leadership largely gave up on jumps and sent the formations as elite infantry to hot spots such as Monte Cassino, Normandy and the Ardennes. In Bolt Action this shows up as expensive but tough lists with plenty of automatic weapons.

On the tabletop

This bag shows the emblem of the German Fallschirmjäger, who rarely jumped again after Crete in 1941 and fought instead as elite infantry at Monte Cassino, in Normandy and in the Ardennes. For such a list in Bolt Action it is the bag you draw your order dice from. Between two games it holds all the dice of your army.
