    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

In 1:48 the Tiger Moth is built from 91 parts, and its struts and rigging wires make the kit more demanding than the part count suggests. The two markings are 25 years apart: an RAF trainer from Ansty in autumn 1940 and a Royal Navy aircraft from Plymouth in 1965. The latter was among the last biplanes to land on a British aircraft carrier. In your cabinet you show two chapters in the career of the trainer.
