Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

From 30 foot warriors, ten wolfhounds and the command parts you build an Irish war band. As dress and weapons changed little from the end of Rome to the Viking age, you can use it across several centuries. With spear, axe and sword the warriors form the mass for close combat, slingers open the fight and the hounds run ahead. Musicians and standard bearers lead the band in feuds between petty kings or raids on Britain.
