Product details

Background & context

The nickname Desert Rats goes back to the British 7th Armoured Division, whose jerboa divisional sign soon stood for the whole 8th Army. From Sidi Barrani by way of Tobruk to El Alamein this army carried the British burden of the North African campaign and finally pushed the Axis formations back into Tunisia. In the game that translates into lists with dependable infantry, strong artillery and sand-coloured vehicles.

On the tabletop

From Sidi Barrani via Tobruk to El Alamein the 8th Army fought in North Africa, and the jerboa of the Desert Rats became its emblem. That is the design on this dice bag. If you lead a British, Australian, New Zealand or Indian desert army in Bolt Action, you draw its order dice from it. After the game the bag stores your dice set.
