    Product details

    Background & context

    On the tabletop

From 1942 to 1945 the Lancaster carried out most of Bomber Command's night raids. In 1:72 it is built from 235 parts with a wingspan of around 43 cm. The decals let you build S-Sugar of No. 467 Squadron RAAF, one of the Lancasters with more than 100 operations, or a second aircraft from East Kirkby in 1944. As a display model it needs plenty of room, and in a diorama it belongs on the dispersal of a bomber airfield in Lincolnshire.
