Product details

Background & context

On the tabletop

Rectangular bases of 40 x 20 mm are the classic size for units standing side by side in block formation. The 36 bases are 2 mm high and usable either way up: the side with a 1 mm recess takes figures with cast-on bases, while figures with free-standing feet are glued to the flat side. Because both kinds then stand at the same height, the whole unit looks consistent. Slots for 3 x 1 mm magnets keep the bases in place in a case and on a movement tray.
