    This plastic kit provides a complete USMC infantry unit for the Vietnam War - with 30 figures in multiple poses, different webbing and pouches, and a separate command sprue for the command squad. The armament includes the M72 LAW anti-tank rocket, among others.

    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The United States Marine Corps was one of the most deployed US units in the Vietnam War from 1965 onwards, particularly in the coastal regions and in the north of South Vietnam. The figures wear typical Vietnam-era equipment with various carrying systems and pouches, as issued from the mid-1960s. The M72 LAW was a lightweight, disposable anti-tank weapon routinely carried by US infantrymen. The kit captures the character of this elite infantry in jungle warfare.

    Einsatz im Spiel

    Complete USMC infantry for the Vietnam War from 1965 - with Vietnam War-specific equipment (M16 rifles, M203 grenade launchers, M72 LAW anti-tank rocket, PRC-25 radio), webbing, and jungle packs. In Chain of Command Vietnam ("Charlie Don't Surf"), USMC Marines are the typical assault troops for operations such as Hue, Khe Sanh, or the Rolling Thunder period. With 30 multi-pose figures plus a command sprue, a complete Marine Rifle Platoon with its own command staff can be assembled.
